Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimise our online marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to generate leads and support overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads and ROI.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM activities, including website and landing‑page optimisation.
• Oversee company social media channels, handling content scheduling, community engagement, trend monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
• Maintain the company website, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date, user‑friendly and SEO‑friendly content.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports, campaign analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Sales and other departments to support lead generation and business goals.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the overall digital strategy and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads and social media management.
• Good understanding of Meta Business Suite, digital analytics and performance reporting.
• Excellent command of English and Myanmar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
