About the role
The company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in property & casualty insurance underwriting to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, underwriters, and product owners to shape digital portal initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation workshops, interviews and walkthroughs with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and process flows.
- Support underwriting workflows, rating, quoting and policy lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve portal design and user experience.
- Plan, execute and support UAT, handling defect resolution and ensuring traceability of requirements.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in P&C insurance underwriting.
- Strong background in digital, broker or customer portals.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage stakeholder relationships.
