Senior BTL Officer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior BTL Officer to transform creative concepts into impactful events, product launches, roadshows and activations in Yangon.

Key responsibilities

• Understand campaign objectives, creative concepts, execution requirements and client expectations before implementation.
• Plan, coordinate and execute BTL projects such as product launches, roadshows, activations, exhibitions and events according to agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Client Service, Creative, Production, vendors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Source, evaluate and build relationships with reliable vendors and third‑party suppliers for event production, fabrication, manpower, AV, logistics and printing.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate with suppliers and support project cost control in line with company financial procedures.
• Coordinate event setup, on‑ground operations, dismantling and post‑event clearance while maintaining execution quality and minimizing errors.
• Identify potential execution risks early and provide practical solutions; manage and resolve on‑ground issues quickly during execution.
• Maintain accurate project documents, quotations, vendor records, budgets and post‑event reports; communicate proactively with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in event/operations management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• People‑centric with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Natural aptitude for problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional organisational skills, including multitasking and task prioritisation.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar, both verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel as required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline (preferred).
