Senior Associate Security Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Security Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist to support client solution delivery. The role focuses on configuring, installing, and troubleshooting security controls while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Own larger portions of installations and handle break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve problems and perform troubleshooting; escalate complex issues to third‑party vendors.
• Document standard operating procedures for installations and fixes and support handover to operations.
• Maintain project administration, including time capture and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver elementary presentations to customer organisations and follow guidance from senior resources.

Required profile

• Developing project and administration abilities with a strong learning orientation.
• Good verbal communication and client‑service focus.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with interest in security concepts.

Required skills

• Configuration and management of security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, proxy, SOAR, honeypots and decoys.
• Knowledge of log collection mechanisms (Syslog, log files, DB APIs) and security architecture.
• Understanding of ETL concepts, data processing at scale, and data‑stream pipelines using Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with web service protocols, high‑availability and auto‑scaling concepts.
• Programming/scripting knowledge in Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, R.NET, PowerShell and serverless development.
