Senior Associate / Assistant Supervisor – Corporate & MSME

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate or Assistant Supervisor for our Medium Corporate & MSME Department. The role involves managing SME loan portfolios, conducting credit analysis, and driving sales growth through new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with new customers to identify sales opportunities, cross‑sell and generate new business.
• Build and manage SME loan case files from start to finish, including financial data research and cash‑flow, risk and SWOT analysis.
• Present financial projections to the Credit Committee and recommend credit terms and creditworthiness.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate customer profiles, and propose credit limit adjustments to the Head of SME.
• Restructure and renew existing customer loans, monitor insurance policies and repayments.
• Reconcile and report the SME portfolio to senior management on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 2‑4 years of experience in finance, banking or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of trade financing, foreign exchange, treasury, credit, lending and portfolio management.
• Experience in credit analysis and loan structuring.
• Good understanding of local regulatory environment and relationships with local business communities.
