About the role
The company is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate month‑end closing, and prepare financial statements for a trading business.
Key responsibilities
- Check all cash and bank daily transactions.
- Verify receivables, payables, fixed assets, and depreciation.
- Ensure timely, accurate month‑end closing and financial reporting to management.
- Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss reports for the chartered accountant.
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations of the company.
- Conduct monthly ground stock checking.
Required profile
- B.Com, B.Act or B.A (Economics) or any graduate with LCCI Level III (UK) & DA.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the trading industry.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Experience with accounting software.
