Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bahan. You will lead the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month‑end and year‑end closes, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and prepare/review financial statements.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and account reconciliations.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, and review expense reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial matters and support audit activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls.
• Provide clear financial insights to support management decisions.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial accounting, general ledger management and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and audit procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a technology or services‑oriented environment.
