About the role

Royal Motor Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Thaketa Township. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Record, verify, and consolidate transactions while maintaining the general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Train and manage junior accountants and other team members.
  • Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and insights.

Required profile

  • B.Com, B.Act or any graduate plus LCCI Level III.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with accounting software.
  • SQL knowledge (preferable).
