Sectoral Technical Experts & Trainers – Myanmar

About the role

STOOS Consulting is seeking qualified sectoral technical experts, trainers, facilitators, researchers and consultants to join its roster for upcoming humanitarian, development and research assignments across Myanmar. This consultancy offers the chance to support UN agencies, INGOs, NGOs, donors and local partners on a project‑based basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sector‑specific technical expertise and training to project teams and community actors.
• Design and deliver capacity‑building workshops, facilitation sessions and trainings.
• Conduct research, assessments, data collection and analysis for monitoring, evaluation and third‑party monitoring missions.
• Support conflict, gender and market‑systems analyses and contribute to economic empowerment studies.
• Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance of project deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian or development projects in Myanmar.
• Strong background in sectoral technical fields such as MEAL, research, monitoring or capacity building.
• Ability to work with UN agencies, NGOs, donors and community‑based organisations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
