Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can take ownership of sales operations, identify new market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and lead a team toward business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and develop sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, manage stock allocation and monitor product availability.
• Oversee daily sales operations, including pricing, deductions, contract balances, customer orders and commercial activities.
• Research new customers and expand market coverage through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers while handling commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and business data to identify opportunities and support management decisions.
• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve business and sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, customer activities and business updates for BU Heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem‑solving ability with a practical business mindset.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a team.
