Sales & Operations Executive – Education Services

About the role

The Sales and Operations Executive will support the growth of Myanmar Technopreneur Academy’s training centre and education services. You will act as a bridge between partners, students and internal teams, ensuring smooth enrollment processes, accurate information delivery and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Become fully proficient in the academy’s products, courses, fees and payment methods to advise partners and customers.
• Guide prospective students through application preparation, enrollment steps and document compliance.
• Use ERP and partner platforms to manage operational workflows and order processing.
• Liaise with international institutional partners to maintain strong business relationships and optimal joint operations.
• Advise students on academic pathways, international education options and career opportunities.
• Monitor teachers and students to ensure study plans are followed and academic terms are completed.
• Respond to enquiries via multimedia channels and calls, providing consultation without supervision.
• Represent the academy at promotional programs and educational events.
• Develop and pursue monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare purchase and sales orders and other ERP‑related processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in a private university or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus.
