About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its freight forwarding and logistics sales team in Yangon. The role focuses on driving sales growth, acquiring new corporate clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Handle quotations, freight rates, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Sales Team.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business development plans.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field (preferred).
- Up to 5 years of experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry at manager level.
Required skills
- Strong command of Business English (spoken and written).
- Good understanding of import/export, freight forwarding and logistics processes.
