Sales Manager – Sales Support Team

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Sales Support Team) who is passionate about contributing to our organization. The role reports to the Managing Director and General Manager and leads the nationwide sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Drive national sales coordination with the Principal team.
• Conduct regular field visits to key customers.
• Prepare sales reports for the nationwide sales team and Principal sales.
• Handle client and customer appointments and meetings.
• Plan approaches and pitches for customers.
• Monitor market data to identify competitive advantage.
• Coordinate with team, principals, and colleagues to create efficient practices, processes, and strategies.

Required profile

• Any Bachelor's degree; Sales & Marketing Diploma or MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in sales and client or principal services management in the pharmaceuticals market.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Analytical and data‑driven problem solver.
