Sales Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

Indigo Energy Myanmar is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for its renewable energy solutions. You will lead a high‑performing sales team while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors across the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Produce regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction, electrical or industrial products is highly preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel for business development.
