About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Assistant Manager to lead its pharmaceutical sales team in Yangon. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing distribution, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and ensure targets are met.
- Manage pharmaceutical sales and distribution operations.
- Oversee customer relationship management and monitor sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and track market activities.
Required profile
- University degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a pharmaceutical company or pharmacy.
- Proven expertise in sales management and team leadership.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
