Sales Manager (ISP)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (ISP) to lead our sales team at the head office in Hlaing, Yangon. The role involves driving sales performance, developing strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the sales team and set weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and penetrate new markets.
• Prepare sales and service reports and track performance of sales representatives.
• Manage customer accounts, coordinate with the engineering team and attend client meetings.
• Recruit, select, orient and train sales staff; conduct internal meetings and provide coaching.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with property management for contract negotiations.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by directors.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in sales, marketing or a related field, or at least 3 years in a senior sales/marketing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Target‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong email and general IT knowledge.
