Sales Executive – Technology Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will join PTI’s Yangon office to drive new business for our custom software, systems integration and IT training services. You will work closely with prospects and existing clients, presenting technology‑focused solutions in a clear, solution‑oriented manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new B2B opportunities in the technology sector.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines and coordinate with technical teams to scope solutions accurately.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM, manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to marketing or industry events.
• Provide market feedback and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in B2B technology, IT services or software.
• Ability to explain technical concepts such as custom software, systems integration and network/server configuration to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and the local language, with a collaborative team mindset.
