Sales Executive – Solar Products

About the role

The main responsibility of this position is to visit customers daily, promote solar products and services, find new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with technical and installation teams to deliver tailored solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote solar products, solutions, and services.
• Introduce and explain solar products and solutions clearly and professionally based on customer needs.
• Find new customers through field visits, referrals, phone calls, social media, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and follow up regularly on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotations with support from the Technical Team.
• Collect basic customer information for solar system assessments and site surveys.
• Coordinate with Technical and Installation Teams when required.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and prepare sales and visit reports.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
• Provide after‑sales communication and support long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable meeting customers face‑to‑face.
• Strong interest in sales and renewable energy.
• Willingness to travel for daily customer visits.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
