Sales Executive – Laboratory Products

About the role

The Sales Executive will lead the promotion and distribution of laboratory diagnostics products. You will act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and partners, driving sales growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for laboratory diagnostics products.
• Identify sales opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, and attend tender meetings.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and produce weekly plans and monthly reports.
• Provide the sales manager with regular reporting and data analysis.
• Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Participate in events, conferences, CME/CNE activities.
• Coordinate with business partners, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any field).
• Minimum 3 years experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Strong selling and marketing capabilities.
• Action‑oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel independently for local and international assignments.
