About the role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Associate to work in our uabpay Store. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting the uabpay mobile application and delivering a range of banking services in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and explain the features of the uabpay mobile app.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide general uabpay‑related services.
- Open uabpay accounts, process cash deposits, withdrawals and payment transactions.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
Required profile
- Resident of the Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) area.
- Successfully passed the university entrance examination.
- Interest in working in customer service.
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications and computers.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers.
Required skills
- Basic computer usage.
