Sales and Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to support student recruitment, sales leads, parent relations and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales and customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and identifying customer needs.
• Engage with and follow up on potential customers, including new and existing parents.
• Calculate and explain school fees clearly and persuasively.
• Handle enquiries and phone calls from parents, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Follow up with newly enrolled students and parents on academic matters.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries from phone, email, walk‑ins and other channels into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate daily pipeline information in the Master Database and update the JKT Sales Database weekly.
• Establish and develop relationships with third‑party partners such as schools, companies, consulates and embassies.
• Collect parent feedback and report to the Marketing/Operation Manager.
• Prepare event proposals, plans, checklists and organise promotional events including mall exhibitions and education fairs.
• Collaborate closely with finance, administration, facilities and academic teams.
• Assist the Admissions and Marketing Manager or Operations Manager with assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all school policies, procedures and standards.
