Sale Leader

About the role

The Sales Leader will drive business development for ABAHA’s SaaS e‑commerce platform, leading a team to acquire and retain B2B customers across Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, negotiate and close sales deals, handling objections and rejections.
• Identify, approach and develop potential B2B customers.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities together with senior leadership.
• Prepare regular reports on customer outreach and conversion rates.
• Execute orders using the company’s CRM system and ensure delivery of agreed services.
• Collect and manage customer feedback and special requests during implementation.
• Motivate, coach and train the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a comparable sales/customer‑service role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to maintain client relationships, organise work and manage time effectively.
• High sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and potential for growth.
