Route To Consumer Project Manager

About the role

The Route to Consumer Project Manager will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Heineken Myanmar’s Route to Consumer initiatives. This role ensures products reach customers efficiently by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project lifecycles and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor RTC projects such as Keg Expansion, Crate RPM Expansion and Distribution Expansion, delivering on‑time, in‑full with a cost‑to‑serve focus.
• Lead the deployment of the Contact Centre for Heineken Myanmar and oversee strategic wholesale projects in partnership with product teams.
• Initiate and manage distributor sales representative programmes, defining end‑to‑end execution plans.
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests and analyse results to continuously optimise RTC strategies.
• Produce high‑quality commercial data reports and share insights to support data‑driven decisions.
• Create detailed project plans, set milestones, allocate resources and define success criteria.
• Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, customer service, logistics, supply chain and distributor teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, implement mitigation actions and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate weekly project working sessions and prepare bi‑weekly update presentations for senior management.
