Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will lead daily store activities at our Thaketa location, ensuring an efficient, customer‑focused environment. This full‑time, on‑site role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain high service standards.
• Supervise store staff, create work schedules, and coach team members.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product presentation.
• Track sales performance, implement promotional activities, and prepare operational reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and handle escalated customer issues.
• Support training and development initiatives to meet performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations management and supervising store teams.
• Strong inventory control and stock management abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate performance insights.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution.
• Competence in staff coaching, performance management, and training support.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Thaketa, including weekends and peak retail hours.
