About the role

uab bank PCL is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Relationship Manager to join its Mid Corporate Banking Department. This role is ideal for a banking professional who understands the dynamics of corporate clients, can identify business opportunities, and is confident in managing relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid‑sized corporate clients.
• Develop trusted relationships with business owners, senior management, and key decision‑makers.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities across lending, deposits, trade finance, and other banking solutions.
• Assess clients’ business needs and structure appropriate financial solutions.
• Drive portfolio growth while maintaining strong credit quality and risk discipline.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of credit proposals and client‑related documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, loan utilization, repayment, and overall client relationships.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate, commercial, or SME banking and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending and financial analysis.
• Experience managing and growing a corporate client portfolio.
• Business development and client acquisition capabilities.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with solid understanding of credit and risk.
• Ability to build long‑term partnerships and deliver sustainable business growth.
