Regulatory Manager

About the role

The Regulatory Manager will lead the company’s compliance initiatives from our South Okkalapa office. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all products and processes meet current laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret relevant regulations, updating internal policies accordingly.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate regulatory submissions and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, timelines, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve regulatory issues and support audits or inspections.
• Provide guidance and training on regulatory affairs to staff members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
