About the role

We are seeking an energetic Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent and building high‑performing teams. If you have a solid HR foundation, you will receive mentorship to master the full recruitment cycle and become a specialist in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate fit and potential.
• Coordinate interview schedules and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English and Burmese, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, platforms, and hiring strategies.
