Radio Network FO Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Radio Network FO Engineer to support field operations, optimization and performance improvement of our 4G/5G radio access networks. The role involves on‑site activities, troubleshooting and close coordination with planning and optimization teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field activities for radio network rollout, optimization, and maintenance.
• Conduct drive tests, site verification, and on‑site RF measurements.
• Analyze radio KPIs and identify coverage, quality, and interference issues.
• Support troubleshooting of radio network faults and customer complaints.
• Assist in site integration, swap, and modernization activities.
• Prepare field reports, logs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with NOC, optimization, and transmission teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Radio Network Field Operations (for experienced candidates) or strong knowledge of wireless communication fundamentals (for fresh graduates).
• Hands‑on experience with drive test tools (TEMS, Nemo, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
