Quantity Surveyor Manager – F&B Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead commercial and cost management for multi‑brand food & beverage projects, including new builds, remodels and refreshes. The role ensures projects are delivered on budget, on schedule and in line with KFC Myanmar standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ROM budgets and detailed cost plans, value‑engineer alternatives and optimise CAPEX while maintaining guest experience and food safety.
• Prepare tender packages, manage competitive bidding, conduct commercial evaluations and negotiate contracts.
• Administer contracts, control variations, assess claims and maintain accurate commercial records.
• Produce monthly cost reports, forecast cash‑flow, support budgeting and re‑forecasting for pipeline projects.
• Measure work progress, certify payments, track procurement against budget and flag risks early.
• Finalize accounts, reconcile variations, conduct post‑project cost analysis and maintain benchmark data.
• Manage preferred supplier lists, framework agreements and lead vendor performance reviews.
• Collaborate with brand, operations, design and project teams, prepare CAPEX papers and ensure governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost or commercial management, preferably in retail or F&B fit‑out projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• AutoCAD and quantity surveying software knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools and ERP systems.
