About the role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee budgeting, cost control and contract administration across construction projects. The role involves preparing cost forecasts, monitoring expenditures and ensuring accurate payment certifications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare budget plans and monthly cost forecasts.
- Monitor project cost reports and identify overruns.
- Review and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.
- Manage variation orders, claims and change‑work cost assessments.
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers and finance for cost control.
Required profile
- B.E. (Civil) or AGTI (Civil) degree.
- 2‑5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, contract administration and cost reporting.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- AutoCAD (advantage).
