Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function across multiple SaaS products and projects. You will shape QA strategy, mentor a team of testers, and ensure releases meet high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall QA strategy, standards, and metrics.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, system and end‑to‑end testing activities.
• Prepare and review test plans, scenarios and test cases.
• Mentor, manage and grow the QA team.
• Establish defect management, tracking processes and conduct root‑cause analysis for production issues.
• Provide QA sign‑off, define release entry/exit criteria and ensure release readiness.
• Drive test automation and improve testing efficiency.
• Oversee API, database and data validation testing.
• Coordinate performance, security and compatibility testing as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, UI/UX, DevOps, Support and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software QA/testing.
• At least 2 years in a QA lead or manager role.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
