Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Manager delivers complex real estate projects from inception to completion within time, cost, and quality benchmarks. This role oversees full‑lifecycle execution by driving procurement strategy, controlling project financials, coordinating multi‑disciplinary design and engineering teams, and enforcing strict site quality and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement & Approvals: Formulate procurement schedules and manage authority relationships to secure permits ahead of critical paths.
• Commercial & Cost Management: Negotiate contracts, resolve commercial disputes, and maintain full accountability for tracking project budgets and variations.
• Technical Oversight & Quality: Manage design consultants, review technical shop drawings, and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Yoma Land standards.
• Planning & Executive Reporting: Control baseline project scheduling, chair cross‑functional project meetings, and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports.
• HSE & Team Leadership: Enforce strict environmental, health and safety protocols while mentoring the internal project team and driving workflow innovation using international best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture or a relevant field.
• 8+ years of cumulative experience in Project Management for construction projects.
• 5+ years of managerial experience overseeing a team in a project environment.
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written).
• Project Management certification is required.
