Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and infrastructure projects from planning through hand‑over. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while managing budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning, design coordination and construction through completion and handover.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, quality and overall performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee building, civil, structural, MEP and utilities works to meet approved specifications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Manage contractor performance, variations, claims and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project standards.
• Prepare regular project progress and management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project or construction management.
• Strong experience in building construction and/or utilities & infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and multiple stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
