Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the execution of telecom projects in Mandalay. The role focuses on coordinating activities, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining project deliverables on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director with planning, coordination, and daily progress monitoring.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items until closure.
• Maintain project trackers covering milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and completion status.
• Identify delays or potential risks and communicate them promptly to stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate project reports, data summaries, and management updates.
• Coordinate compliance training, including scheduling, attendance tracking, follow‑up, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and other departments to meet timelines and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in Chinese; English communication skills are a plus.
• Relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or office management.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive communication, and reliable execution.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Based in Mandalay or willing to relocate.
