Product Trainer (Consumer Electronics)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Product Trainer to empower our sales teams, area sales managers, supervisors, and promoters across Shan State. You will play a key role in building product knowledge and driving adoption of new smartphone releases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular product training sessions, quizzes, and assessments for sales staff.
• Deliver launch training ahead of new smartphone releases.
• Adapt training materials for local use and create product comparison sheets.
• Coach and support promoters on product features and selling points.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to stay updated on roadmaps and key features.
• Gather field feedback and competitor insights to improve training content.
• Monitor attendance, completion rates, and overall training performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in product training, retail training, or sales support.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for store visits.
• Passion for consumer electronics and technology.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
