Product Owner – Digital Sales Transformation

About the role

The Product Owner joins the Digital Sales Transformation Team to drive business growth by implementing smarter digital solutions. The role focuses on improving system operations, supporting new users, and delivering product enhancements that serve clients, colleagues, and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and manage system operation flows such as purchase order processing, sales order processing, master data management, inventory management, and sales routing.
• Implement the system for new users and provide training to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the system with other platforms and build processes based on operational requirements.
• Create and communicate a clear product vision, define new feature requirements, and coordinate product launches.
• Gather stakeholder input, manage expectations, and keep them informed about product changes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and make timely decisions on priorities, scope changes, and development constraints.
• Continuously seek feedback to improve the product and development process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a commercial or sales‑driven environment.
• Strong product focus, customer‑oriented mindset, and ability to bridge business objectives with technology solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with solid project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills, data interpretation ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
• Results‑oriented, adaptable, and able to drive execution and deliver business outcomes.
