Post Approval & Credit Review Manager (Assistant Manager)

About the role

uab bank is looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to join its Group Risk & Credit Management Department as an Assistant Manager – CMD‑PACR at the Head Office.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and organize loan documentation, including credit agreements, financial statements, and collateral documents.
• Review post‑disbursement loan files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify loan information against source documents and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of loan review activities and support loan data verification.
• Follow up on the completeness of collateral documents and other required documentation after disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance credit knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in credit operations, loan documentation, or related fields.
• Good understanding of collateral documentation, interest calculations, financial statements, accounting principles, and lending concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
