About the role

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced EE Harness Project Lead to drive the design and development of electrical wiring bundles for automotive projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure robust, compliant electrical architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conception and design of electrical harnesses and wiring bundles, ensuring adherence to EE architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain 2D electrical schematics and layout plans using Stellantis toolchain (Capital XC, Logic, Design).
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to gather requirements, resolve technical issues and validate solutions.
• Apply electrical design processes and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical harness and wiring design for automotive applications.
• Strong knowledge of EE architectures and electrical design processes.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
