People Business Partner, Supply Chain

About the role

The People Business Partner, Supply Chain will act as the strategic HR partner for the Supply Chain Leadership Team, translating business priorities into people solutions that drive performance and sustainable growth. This role collaborates with leaders across supply‑chain functions to shape workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to understand business priorities, operational challenges and future workforce needs.
• Translate business strategies into people plans, HR interventions and strategic insights that support decision‑making.
• Lead workforce planning, skills audits, capability gap analysis and long‑term staffing forecasts.
• Support organization design, restructuring, FTE tracking and succession planning for critical roles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit and onboard top talent in line with approved manpower plans.
• Drive performance management processes, coach leaders on goal setting, performance conversations and calibration.
• Facilitate talent reviews, high‑potential identification and development planning.
• Identify learning and capability‑building priorities and work with L&D to deliver relevant programs.
• Act as trusted advisor on employee relations, manage concerns, grievances and promote engagement.
