People Business Partner, Supply Chain

About the role

The People Business Partner for Supply Chain acts as the strategic HR ally to the Supply Chain Leadership Team. You will translate business priorities into people solutions that drive performance, growth, and an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to understand priorities, operational challenges, and future workforce needs.
• Develop and execute workforce planning, skills audits, and organization design initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, ensuring recruitment aligns with approved manpower plans and drives quality hiring outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and integration of new hires to accelerate productivity.
• Facilitate performance management processes, coaching leaders on goal setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Conduct talent reviews, succession planning, and high‑potential development for critical roles.
• Identify capability‑building priorities and collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver relevant programs.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, manage concerns and grievances, and promote engagement.
