Payroll Sales Manager

About the role

The Payroll Sales Manager will lead the acquisition and growth of corporate payroll clients, acting as the primary liaison between the bank’s payroll solutions and business customers. This role combines sales strategy, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate payroll clients.
• Identify and build strong relationships with companies and HR/Finance decision‑makers.
• Promote payroll solutions, salary accounts, and related banking products.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll account onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, corporate banking, payroll, or a related field.
• Experience in acquiring corporate clients and managing business relationships is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer relationship management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of banking products and corporate payroll solutions is an advantage.
