Partner Success Data Specialist (Remote)

About the role

CDP is seeking a Partner Success Data Specialist to join its remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for public‑media stations using CDP’s data products, guiding them through onboarding, data submission, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for stations participating in the National Reference File, NPR Basic Donor Data Matching Program, and other CDP data services.
• Coordinate data submissions, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with internal technical teams and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Establish milestones, track progress, and ensure successful adoption of data products.
• Provide consultative support throughout the client lifecycle to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Strong relationship‑building skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable acting as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and partners.
