Partner Account Senior Specialist – B2B Sales

About the role

The Partner Account Senior Specialist will manage channel partners to drive B2B sales of telecom solutions to SME and SOHO customers in the Mandalay territory. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships, ensuring their engagement and alignment with the company’s B2B strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring their ROI and commitment to B2B business.
• Sell mobile voice/data, fixed line and special telecom products to SME customers through partners to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate collection follow‑up between billing teams and customers, ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain accurate sales processes, reporting and documentation in line with company policies.
• Monitor account performance to achieve sales and retention KPIs, and contribute to profitability.
• Participate in market‑feedback activities, blitz campaigns and local networking events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably as a field representative.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, ICT or related field.
