Outsourcing Management Officer

About the role

The Outsourcing Management Officer will support the Governance & Policy Division of the Information Technology Center by overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth execution of outsourced projects. You will act as the main liaison between external service providers and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor vendor performance, project progress, deliverables, and pending issues.
• Assist with contracts, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and payment processing.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for vendors, contracts, projects, and payments.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on outsourcing activities.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement and other relevant departments.
• Track project milestones, assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, procurement, project coordination or IT administration.
• Proven ability to communicate, coordinate and follow up effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Experience in the telecom or IT industry is a plus.
