Order-to-Cash (OtC) Team Lead

About the role

The Order-to-Cash (OtC) Team Lead will manage the team responsible for credit policy, customer bonus settlement, collections, litigation and debt recovery, ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and Heineken guidelines. The role partners with sales and marketing to support commercial decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collections activities, including pre‑due, credit‑limit exceeded, overdue balances and rebate processing.
• Review and reconcile accruals and provisions for ATL and BTL expenses.
• Prepare and deliver standard reports such as AR aging and performance dashboards.
• Resolve escalated OtC issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor sales and accounts‑receivable performance, analysing revenue, volume, profitability and overdue balances.
• Support internal and external audits (VAT, financial, operational) and remediate findings.
• Provide financial insights and analytical support to sales and marketing functions.
• Conduct revenue, cost, margin and profit‑pool analyses to identify performance drivers.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food‑and‑beverage finance.
• Professional certifications (e.g., LCCI, CPA) are a plus.
• Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing process risk, fraud and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills; fluency in Myanmar required.
