About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC lathe operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will work with technical documentation to produce metal parts on CNC turning machines, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and production orders.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment.
• Record technical data on production progress and outcomes.
• Handle material logistics using shop floor handling equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education in engineering, metalworking, or a related field.
• Practical experience in CNC lathe machining.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
• Basic knowledge of material properties and cutting technologies.
• Reliability, independence, and good communication skills.
