Operator Assistant II – Frac Acid Services

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an Operator Assistant II to support frac‑acid operations. Working under close supervision, you will assist senior operators and perform a range of frac‑specific tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior operators with proppant, chemicals, blenders and QA/QC activities.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑job equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate support equipment such as proppant handling systems, fluid tanks, suction and discharge manifolds.
• Help assemble, install, clean, repair and prepare equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3‑6 months experience as an Operator Assistant I or comparable on‑the‑job training.
• Basic reading, writing and computer proficiency.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn.
