Operations Executive

About the role

Z-waka is seeking a sharp, organised Operations Executive to keep daily activities running smoothly. You will work closely with your supervisor, handling multiple projects and ensuring seamless hand‑offs from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several projects simultaneously, tracking priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the supervisor on daily planning, problem‑solving and priority setting.
• Coordinate cross‑team operations to ensure smooth workflow from brief to delivery.
• Own project timelines, flag potential delays early and keep everything on schedule.
• Monitor progress and regularly report outcomes to the supervisor.
• Act as the internal liaison between teams, communicating requirements clearly.
• Maintain trackers, reports and documentation covering project status and daily activity.
• Run quality checks on outgoing work before it reaches the client.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination or agency support; strong internships count.
• Proven ability to multitask and switch between priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills in English.
• Calm under deadline pressure, reliable and able to work full‑time on‑site.
