职位概况
我们正在寻找具备中英双语能力的法律顾问，负责公司及所在地区的涉外法律事务，包括文件起草、合同审查及法律风险控制。
主要职责
- 起草、修订、审核公司及其他区域的涉外法律文件。
- 参与涉外贸易、投资项目的谈判并出具法律意见书。
- 受公司委托，代表公司处理涉外案件及纠纷。
- 主导或参与涉外法律研究与内部培训。
- 推动集团合规政策、制度在子公司/分支机构的落实。
- 完成公司交办的其他法律与合规事务。
任职要求
- 法律本科及以上学历，具备当地法律职业资格者优先。
- 本科2年以上或硕士1年以上法律工作经验，有涉外实务经验者优先。
- 熟练使用中文、英文、缅语作为工作语言。
- 具备良好的抗压能力、学习能力、沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 中英文及缅语流利。
