Officer, Agent Onboarding Support

About the role

Prudential is seeking an Officer, Agent Onboarding Support to manage the end‑to‑end onboarding and support process for new agency recruits. The role ensures agents are set up in systems, meet compliance requirements, and become sales‑ready efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare agency agreements and onboarding documentation.
• Manage contract stamping, cover letter preparation, and document handling.
• Maintain witness records, onboarding files, and data entry accuracy.
• Create and send onboarding emails and handle communication requests.
• Support system setup and activation for new agents.
• Maintain onboarding databases, trackers, and filing records.
• Prepare onboarding reports and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding completion and agent activation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with good presentation skills.
• Excellent coordination, decision‑making, and process management abilities.
